Registration is complete when the Parent Info form and the Volunteer form have been completed on-line and payment has been received.
The fee is $100 per swimmer for G.H. Pool subscribers and $120 per swimmer for non-subscribers.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND SWIM TEAM REGISTRATION WITH GARDEN HILLS POOL SUBSCRIBER INFORMATION. A SEPARATE fee of $50 per swimmer is used as a deposit for swim meet sign-ups. It serves as a deterrent for not showing up or leaving early from a meet that a swimmer had signed up to attend. Since meet line-ups are required by the Atlanta Swim Association to be exchanged by teams two days prior to a meet, it is imperative that any changes to your child's swim meet attendance information be made by the deadlines stated on the meet information page. Failure to attend the meet or leaving early creates a problem for the coaches and unfairly affects all other team members. This fee will also be deposited if parents do not volunteer at a minimum of two meets. It takes a great many volunteers from both teams to make swim meets run smoothly and safely. As a result, we require a deposit in the form of a separate check given to the swim team coordinator by the time a child begins attending practices. The check will be destroyed at the end of the season if your swimmer participated in the meets as scheduled and any changes were submitted to coaches prior to the stated deadlines. It will be destroyed if parents volunteered for at least two meets during the season.
